The ÖBB RAILAXED Bases & Areas offered the festival visitors the perfect place to chill, relax and experience. With the new ÖBB App the festival visitors and a person of their choice received exclusive entrance, were able to show their moves to electro beats on an exclusive dance floor, receive body paintings and free snacks, were able to charge their phones and use the clean toilet containers.

Execution

The foreground of the campaign of the ÖBB RAILAXED Base were good service and best music. Live on Turntables were Mark Neo, Dominik Lang, Bettina Striegl, AlternativKlang, Cab Canavaral, Mexx Headroom und daPlaque. There was a chill-out terrace, lockers, free body painting by APPLEPIE AGENCY, the Xbox game zone and exclusive toilet containers (depending on the event). Additionally, it was made easy to book ÖBB offers and extend the Vorteilscard (rail card).

Result

  • Increase of direct customer contact = 1.255.000 people
  • Increase of app downloads = 34.348 Downloads
  • Increase of registrations = 20.000 Registrations
