As part of an asset deal, the company has been integrated into the company of the majority shareholders Gerhard and Thomas Huber. DUVG founder Klara Posavac-Fede will remain in a leading position at the company, working in the division for customer care and consulting and will be available to existing companies as a competent and experienced contact. Posavac-Fede has been working successfully in personnel recruiting and provision for 13 years.
