We have been supporting Kronehit throughout Austria at both B2B and B2C events since 2018. The range of events is very broad, starting with assignments such as:

Surfworldcup, Red Bull Air Race, Poker Tournament, Press Conferences, Charity Events at the Golf Club, Graz Spring Fair, Sonnentherme Lutzmannsburg, Radio Day and the special highlights the Trampartys in Innsbruck, Salzburg, Graz, Linz and Vienna. On top of that, there's also the metro party in Vienna.

We are pleased to actively support Kronehit with our hostesses and hosts at this varied programme of events. Whether it's taking care of the check-in, selling drinks with a vendor's tray, distributing goodies, checking tickets, taking care of the lottery, etc., we'll be there.

Since the opening of the Allianz Stadium in summer 2016, we also count SK Rapid among our customers. SK Rapid won the big opening match against the English top team Chelsea FC with 2:0.

At every home game, 15 hostesses provide support on all four levels. As soon as you enter, you are greeted with a smile and given your VIP wristband. The hostesses are also responsible for escorting visitors to the tables or boxes and for selling tombola tickets. But also at the Doppelpass events or at the Christmas party, a part of the SK Rapid hostess pool is always on site. 

For the uniform appearance, various outfits were provided by SK Rapid, which are managed, cleaned and stored by easystaff. In addition, styling guidelines were developed with a make-up artist and a make-up tutorial was produced as a video.

Since 2018, we have been supporting BMW and MINI throughout Austria with our staff. This customer is a very good example to show our wide range of services in more detail.

At the MINI Roadshow, the hostesses took care of the lottery and the registration for test drives. From Vienna and Salzburg, the MINI Roadshow went to various locations such as the Wachauring, various car dealerships, the Surf World Cup in Neusiedl am See, the Bregenz Festival Theatre, the ÖAMTC Driving Safety Centre in Teesdorf, etc. No matter whether it was raining or very hot, our team was always fully motivated.

At the Vienna Autoshow we had 18 hostesses on the stand, who were responsible for lead generation, as well as 2 stagehands in the background. For the professional appearance, the team was of course fully dressed and styled by a make-up artist on site.

We also support the BMW events with our driver pool on site.

Since June 2018, we have been carrying out all press and fleet transfers for BMW. Transporting vehicles to journalists and dealers for test drives. Volume currently approx. 1,300 transfers per year.

For BMW Vienna, we take care of the delivery of new cars including the explanation of the vehicle to end customers.
